Where is the best site?

What is the best site to download(for free) raw anime?
By "raw anime" I mean any that in Japanese with no subtitles and has amazing quality.

Usually I just get MKVs from www.anime-access.com

That site is direct download which is awesome but the quality for each anime varies.

What are MKV's?
Ive never heard of that term before...

Lol Mkv is a filetype. Like avi, wmv and all that.

MKV can come in softsub which means that the subtitles can be raw when you convert the clips. Problem with MKV is that it's not compatible with Vegas or any editing softwares that I know... Soooo we need to convert MKV files using a clip converter.

Good thing is that if you convert MKV files, you know what you're getting right from the start and the subtitles (if you get softsub MKVs which is usually is) don't get converted too.

Bad thing is that it's so much work.... Downloading, converting blah! XD
